You are permitted to install software beyond what is available in Managed Software Center. This can be done by:
Using the Microsoft Store, which may require signing in with a Microsoft consumer account. HSE Technology does not provide you with this type of account and we do not support them in terms of passwords, account recovery, etc.
Downloading directly from a manufacturer’s website or other download location, and following their installation instructions.
