This is a quick guide for creating and submitting a new ticket in
incidentIQIncident IQ Ticketing. It includes screenshots specific to HSE’s configuration.

Procedure
Follow the items below to submit your ticket. Links to additional help articles are at the bottom of the page.
In a web browser, go to https://hse.incidentiq.com . Hint: Bookmark this page.
If prompted, choose Microsoft Azure to log in.
Enter HSE credentials (email and password) if prompted.
You will land on your Dashboard. Here you will see your assigned assets (iPad, Macbook, Windows laptop, etc.) and any open tickets. You can start a new ticket by clicking the blue “+ New Ticket” button on the left.
On the next screen, pick a ticket topic.
If you choose the “Computer/iPad/Projector” topic, you can then choose a device.
Select any of your devices under “My Favorites/Assets:” or type the barcode number of a student device in the search field.
If you choose any of the other Topics which do not contain barcoded items, you can choose a category and click through the options to select the product related to the issue you are experiencing. Two other topic examples are listed below.
Finish by filling out the description of the problem and entering any other helpful information in the available fields. Don’t forget to click "Submit Ticket” at the bottom.
