Event Guest Wi-Fi Access

This article will guide you through the process of receiving Wi-Fi for your event. “HSE-EVENT” will not require each user to fill out sponsor information for approval during initial login.

HSE-EVENT Wi-Fi requests must be submitted 24-48 hours in advance. For individual non-event temporary guest Wi-Fi access please see HSE-GUEST Wi-Fi.

  Instructions

  1. Submit a ticket through Incident IQ:

    1. Select “Network/Wi-Fi/Website”.

    2. Notify Chris Corbit as an additional User:

    Within your ticket details please include the following:

    • Estimate of individuals attending

    • Event Name

    • Event Dates

    • Event Times

    • Building Location
