Logging into Printers using Key Fob

RFID readers may be installed on one or more copiers in your building (Excluding NBE, FJH, and SES). KEY FOB MUST GO THROUGH REGISTRATION PROCESS FIRST.

Registering your Badge/ Key Fob:

  1. Go to the Printerlogic portal in your web browser (https://hseschools.printercloud.com)

  2. Click Menu -> Authentication -> Manage Badge

  3. Click the Get Registration Code link and write down the 6-character code it gives you

  4. Go to the copier and scan your key fob.

  5. After a moment, the copier will return a message that it doesn’t recognize your fob and will prompt you to register it.

  6. Type in the 6-character code from step 3.

  7. Your key fob is now registered and can be used to unlock the copier without having to type your username and employee id.
