How to Add/Update Phone Number for Microsoft Account

Access your Microsoft Account by going to http://myaccount.microsoft.com

From the left, select My Account > Security Info

If adding a phone number, select Add Sign In Method

Select Phone

Enter your phone number and choose weather you want to receive a Text or a Call

You will receive a text or call to verify the phone number

You will see this on your screen after verification has completed successfully

To change your phone number, you will select Change

Edit the phone number

You will receive a text or call to verify the phone number when editing (just like adding a new number)
