Sending a Print Job to a Copier

Standard Printing

When sending a print job to a copier that has the PrinterLogic app installed, the print job will be automatically released just like any other copier.

Secure Printing

There are no changes necessary on your computer to enable secure printing. When you send a print job to a copier that supports Secure Printing, you will see a pop-up box that looks similar to the one below:

If you choose Release, the job will print immediately just like your jobs have in the past. However if you choose Hold, the job will not print until you release it using the directions belowIf a user wishes to have a copier hold a print job for security reasons, select HSE Print Queue as the printer in your printer dialog box. This will hold the job securely and allow the user to sign-in to any copier with PrinterLogic installed and release the job.
