How to Access OneDrive Cloud Storage

There are multiple ways to access your OneDrive storage account. This article will walk you through the different ways you can access your personal files stored on the cloud.

 OneDrive (Access Through the Web)

  1. OneDrive official website - Microsoft OneDrive.

  2. Login using HSE Credentials.

 OneDrive (Access Through Outlook Email)

  1. Log into your HSE Outlook email account - https://hseschools.atlassian.net/wiki/x/CwCUYg

  2. On the left-hand navigation pane - click on blue ‘OneDrive’ cloud.

 OneDrive (Mobile Device)

  1. Go to your mobile device's app store (e.g. iPhone - app store).

  2. Search and download ‘Microsoft OneDrive’.

For HSE issued iPhones - An Apple ID must be used to download from the Apple Store

 OneDrive (Application - HSE Windows Computer)

  1. Windows Taskbar search > OneDrive.

    1. Optional: Right-click OneDrive application to pin to Start Menu or Taskbar for easier future access.

 OneDrive (Application - HSE Mac Computer)

  1. Launchpad > OneDrive application is pre-loaded onto device.

  OneDrive (Application - HSE iPad)

  1. Microsoft's OneDrive application is pre-loaded onto HSE issued iPad home screens.
